At Phlenu Shopping, we are dedicated to ensuring that every order reaches you quickly, safely, and efficiently. All deliveries are fulfilled exclusively by our flagship logistics service — Phlenu Delivery — providing trusted, real-time tracked deliveries directly to your doorstep or chosen location.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer delivery within Accra and nationwide across all major cities and towns in Ghana through Phlenu Delivery.

4. Delivery Confirmation
Our Phlenu Delivery riders will contact you before delivery and upon arrival. Customers are encouraged to inspect their packages before signing off as received. Once confirmed, the order will be marked as delivered and completed.
5. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Policy
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. However, please note:

Packages cannot be unsealed, inspected, or tested prior to payment. As all packages have been tested

Failure to comply may result in order cancellation and suspension from future COD privileges.
For a smoother experience, we encourage customers to use prepaid payment methods where possible.
6. Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our rider will make one additional attempt at a charge. Subsequent re-delivery requests or address changes will incur extra delivery charges.
7. Shipping Fees
Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the selected shipping tier (Express, Regular or Saver). You’ll see the total before confirming your order.
